Donald Trump’s new Trump Hotels and Resorts announced it is opening to the general public at the Balcony Lounge on the Las Vegas Strip.
The hotel is slated to open later this year.
Trump announced the resort in a Twitter post on March 18, saying, “The Balconys newest Trump Hotel is opening in Vegas in about 6 months!
I’ve been looking forward to this moment for a long time.
It’s going to be the greatest thing for our country.”
The new Trump hotel will feature a four-story penthouse suite, four-floor terrace, an outdoor terrace for dining, and a swimming pool for guests, according to the press release.
It will also feature a casino, golf course, spa, gym and a spa bar.
“Las Vegas is the world’s premier destination for entertainment, dining, shopping and sports,” Trump said in the tweet.
“We’re going to make the most of this magnificent place.”
The hotel is being constructed by Wynn Resorts, which is owned by Trump.
The developer announced in September it is developing the property, which will include hotel rooms and retail space.
Trump has previously been known to create theme parks and resorts with mixed success.
The Las Vegas Sands resort and casino project collapsed in 2015.
The resort opened in 2006, and the hotel opened in 2015, the last year of Trump’s presidential term.
