As the House votes on a shutdown resolution and a new government funding bill, Speaker Nancy Nancy Pelosi will address the Democratic Caucus.
She will also address the American people as she delivers her message to the nation.

“As we approach a week of dangerous and paralyzing uncertainty, we are calling on all of you to stand with us, not just as Americans but as Americans in general,” Pelosi said in a statement.
